Frequently Asked Questions
Must I be home when the material arrives?
No. Leave the access route open and provide directions for the drop location. The driver will place the material as directed.
What order quantity can I place?
Order from a single ton up to a full load of multiple tons. Enter the project size in the calculator, or tell us your needs for loading.
Can material be dropped in my backyard?
For safe unloading, a dump truck needs clear, level ground. Backyard placement is possible when the truck can access it. Otherwise, delivery is normally made at the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
Use the calculator to estimate the amount needed. Need more material? Place a separate order. Refer to the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Delivery is currently available on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Select the date you prefer during checkout.
Which confirmation details will I get?
An email confirmation with your order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will contact you to verify the delivery date and give you the supplier's contact information.
What happens when the truck cannot reach my property?
Dump trucks need a clear access route at least 12-foot wide, with no low branches or overhead wires. If the truck cannot enter the site, the driver will unload as near as safely possible. Contact us before ordering if you have concerns about access.
